What are the ways to vote?
You can vote early, vote by mail (absentee voting), participate in advance voting, and of course, you can vote on election day. If you
will be absent from or otherwise unable to vote at your regular polling location on Election Day, voting by absentee ballot is best.
You are not required to provide a reason for voting absentee or early.

What is the difference between early voting and advance voting?
Voting a week early before Election Day is called advance voting, and is typically available at several locations in urban and
suburban counties. Advance Voting is available from October 26, 2009 – October 30, 2009. Voting well in advance, up to 30 days
before election day, is called early voting, and is normally available only at the 159 county election offices. Early Voting is available
from October 13, 2009 – October 23, 2009.

If you need a ride to the polls, text or call us on our Voter Hotline at 404.502.2090.
